Setting up Integrator ID (Connectwise)

To get started, we just need the following from you:

-  Connectwise Integrator ID and PW (create under setup tables) for Reporting API (please select all records).  Please use mspcfo as ID and create whatever password you feel is secure (try to keep it at or under 12 characters, numbers and letters only).

-  URL for CW server

-  Your CW company name.

Record basic CW information

We need both the site and the company ID.

Select Setup Tables under the System Tab

Select Setup Tables under the System Tab
Search for Integrator Login and press Search

Select Integrator Login

Select Integrator Login

Create a new login

Create a new login

Create the credentials for the login

Do not forget to select Access Level: All Records

Create the credentials for the login

Select only Reporting API

Do not forget to hit save and you are done.  Now sent the information back to MSPCFO.
